Delete your account — Freighthub

In the Freighthub app

Open the Account tab, then Settings.
Tap Security.
Tap Delete your account, enter your password, and confirm.

On the website

Sign in at freight-hub.ai.
Open Settings, then Account & security.
Choose Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@bafastfreight.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request by confirming control of that email address, then complete it within 45 days — usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Your user record — name, email, password and settings.
Every active session on every device, and the sign-in tokens behind them.
The link between your driver profile and any phone paired to it. Your carrier sees you leave their roster.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. If something has to be resolved before your account can be deleted, the app or website tells you what it is.

What we keep, and why

Freight is a two-sided record. We keep records of transactions you were party to — loads posted or booked, bids, awards, proof of delivery and related messages — because your counterparties have their own legal need for them, and we keep what the law requires for tax, audit, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution purposes. These records are no longer tied to a live account. The full retention schedule is in our Privacy Policy, section 8, and your rights in section 10.

Before you delete

If you have a paid plan, cancel it under Billing & plan first so you are not billed for another period.
If you own a company workspace with other members, hand ownership to a teammate first — otherwise they lose access with you.
Drivers: finish or hand back any load you are currently assigned, so your dispatcher isn't left without a driver mid-trip.
